Casino Accounting Software for the Slot Floor
The accounting module is the ledger the rest of the casino management system writes into. Every credit that enters or leaves a machine, every ticket, every handpay and every adjustment lands here with a time, a terminal and an operator attached.
What gets recorded
Nothing on the floor is summarised before it is stored. The module keeps the individual events and builds the totals from them, so a figure on a report can always be opened up to the entries behind it.

Closing a shift
A shift closes from numbers that already add up. Because the ledger is built from the live floor rather than typed in afterwards, the end-of-day figures are the same figures the cashier watched all evening.
Daily reports export as PDF or spreadsheet in one step, in the shape your accountant or regulator asks for.
Auditable by default
Every action leaves a trail. When a dispute lands on your desk on Monday morning, the answer is already written down, in order, with the terminal and operator that produced it.
