GlassCMS module
Cashless Gaming for the Casino Floor
Cashless moves the guest's money onto their card. It is funded at the cashdesk, spent at the machine and cashed out again, and every movement is a ledger entry rather than a handful of notes.
How value moves
A guest funds their card at the cashdesk. At the machine the balance is available to play. When they are done, the remaining value returns to the card and can be cashed out at the desk. Each step is recorded with the guest, the terminal and the operator.
What it removes
Less cash on the floor means fewer counts, fewer discrepancies and less to secure. Cashless works alongside TITO tickets rather than replacing them, so a floor can move at its own pace.
What you can see
Balances held on cards are a live figure on the same screen as the rest of the floor. The accounting module reconciles cashless value with everything else, so the end-of-day numbers still add up.
