Player Tracking and Loyalty for Casinos
Player tracking gives each guest an NFC card and a record. Tap the card at the cashdesk to identify the guest, see their balance and level, and reward the play that keeps them coming back.
One tap to identify
The cashier taps the card and the guest's record opens: balance, player level, check-in limits and any notes the floor has left. No searching by name, no asking for ID twice.
Points and comps
Play earns points under rules you set. Comps are issued and recorded against the guest, so what was given, by whom and why is never a matter of memory.
