Casino Reception, Guest Check-in and ID Records
Reception is where a visit begins and where the required records are made. The module checks guests in, confirms identity and stores what the floor is obliged to keep, at the door rather than reconstructed later.
Check-in
A guest is identified, checked in and linked to their player card if they have one. Check-in limits and notes attached to the guest are visible at the desk before they reach the floor.
The records you have to keep
Identity records and visit history are stored in the system alongside everything else, so an inspector's question is answered from one place. Nothing lives in a binder.
Connected to the floor
Reception, player tracking and the cashdesk share one guest record. A limit set at the door is the same limit the cashier sees when the card is tapped.
